Are you willing to get your hands dirty and work 60+hr weeks when needed as we scale and build up the team but have upside with quarterly bonuses?
If so, Wall Street Oasis wants YOU to be our Operations Manager!
We’re growing rapidly and need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You’ll be diving into our CRMs (Keap, Beehiiv, ActiveCampaign), running point on projects from as wide ranging as new course development to building out new automations in our CRMs, working cross-functionally with our paid media + organic socials team. We will use your love for automation to help us scale from 20 to 50+ team members in the coming years while 5xing the business. We don’t just need ideas—we need YOU to implement them and make us more efficient as we grow.
What you'll do:
Build automations and streamline operations like a pro
Leverage AI and the latest tools to keep us ahead of the curve
Work hands-on in CRMs to optimize workflows + nurture sequences
Collaborate with a global, fully remote team (no borders, no limits)
Be the analytical mastermind that ensures we’re scaling where it matters most
What we need:
A fast-working problem-solver who doesn’t just think but does
Someone obsessed with process and operations
Excellent communicator who can work across teams to make things happen
Love for all things automation, AI, and tech
Bonus Points if you have:
Experience with CRMs like Keap, Beehiiv, ActiveCampaign
